Shared success takes on new meaning this week as I sit down with Monique LaRue and Ja’Rod Morris to discuss the launch of their new group, National Black Customer Success Professionals (NBCSP).

Monique LaRue and Ja’Rod Morris have recently launched National Black Customer Success Professionals (NBCSP) to provide a new professional development resource for diverse cultures who are interested in Customer Success (CS) as a career path.  In our discussion, we aim to draw attention to some of today’s most pressing social issues when it comes to creating career opportunities for diverse groups.

About National Black Customer Success Professionals (NBCSP)

The National Black Customer Success Professionals (NBCSP) group was created as a professional development resource for diverse cultures who are interested in Customer Success (CS) as a career path to leadership opportunities or are currently working in CS Manager function. We are here to offer a positive perspective on Customer Success roles and management. Though this is a public forum, we are a safe place for sharing authentic insights, information and strategies so we can help each other find positive, effective, resolutions to solve the issues that are keeping us up at night.
