The MetaCX product is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Access to GCP data centers is strictly controlled and monitored by security staff, tight access control, and video surveillance, and are SOC 2 Type 2 certified.

MetaCX uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an additional layer of security to protect your account from unauthorized access. Users are required to use the multi-factor authentication self-enrollment process when authenticating to MetaCX services.

MetaCX utilizes a 3rd party penetration testing firm on a quarterly basis to test the MetaCX product. We also conduct internal audits to ensure that processes are implemented and working as intended.

MetaCX’s incident response program is responsive and repeatable. Incident response processes include identification, remediation and root cause analysis (RCA) steps, clear internal communication processes, and customer communications.

MetaCX’s systems and practices are built to adhere to GDPR and CCPA regulations.
